DIRECT INJECTION TECHNOLOGY

It is the process that the shoe-upper is placed into a mold and inject liquid polyurethane to create an anatomic midsole and outsole.
The advantages obtained with this process are: Robotic sensibility provides a consistent quality in manufacturing.
This is the most powerful process to compound the sole to the shoe-upper.
It creates a waterproof seal without using glue nor stitch and it provides the shoe to be flexible.
And soles can split up as PU/PU, PU/TPU, PU/Rubber.
